Iowa Ear Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Patient office visits for all services are scheduled by appointment only.
Hearing Device Drop-in Clinic hours are on Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Our MercyOne Newton Outreach Clinic is located at
204 N. 4th Ave. E.
Newton, IA 50208
Audiology appointments in Newton are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and must be scheduled in advance. There are currently no Drop-in Clinic hours at this location.
NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION FORMS
New patient registration forms can be downloaded for completion prior to your appointment. If you are unable to complete them prior to your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early.
Insurance
We are contracted with all major insurance providers, but every plan is different. For specific plan coverage and referral requirements, please contact your insurance provider and ask if the doctor you plan to see is in-network with your plan.
Hospital Affiliations
Dr. Carfrae has staff privileges with MercyOne Medical Center and Iowa Health System facilities in the Des Moines area.
